Property Management Portal
A free, independent 'reading room' for residents of Dubai's newer master-planned communities — neighbourhood news, shared documents, and a private space to keep personal property notes.
My role: Built and deployed the platform.
Executive summary
Residents moving into Dubai's newer master-planned communities — The Pulse, Greenview, Urbana, Expo City, Saadiyat Reserve — often lack a neutral place to follow what's happening around them.
Sukkan is a free, independent community information platform: part reading room, part shared archive, with an optional private workspace where residents can keep their own property notes.
What it looks like
Illustrative mock-up of the property dashboard — units, tenants and payment status at a glance.
What it offers
- News deskInfrastructure and community stories written by neighbours.
- Document libraryPublic master plans, brochures, and RTA maps to download.
- Photo galleryVisual records of construction progress across communities.
- Weekly newsletterOptional Sunday recap emails.
- Private workspaceA personal account to track your own property details, payments, contacts, and issues — visible only to you.
Scope
By design, Sukkan keeps a clear boundary: it doesn't store sensitive documents like title deeds, bank statements, or Ejari agreements, and it isn't a broker, marketplace, or payments provider. It's a community information hub with optional, private record-keeping — focused on Dubai's south-corridor communities.
Tech & status
Sukkan runs live on Railway, giving residents one calm, independent place to stay informed about their neighbourhood and keep their own records in order.
