About me

Hi, I'm Oleksandr.

I build analytics products that change decisions — end to end, from messy source files to systems that run themselves.

I'm a Data Analytics Manager with 13+ years across FMCG distribution, retail and customer operations — currently leading the analytics function at Transmed in Dubai, where I manage and coach analysts and own delivery, governance and reporting standards. I started out in Kharkiv, Ukraine and have been based in the UAE since 2015.

My work sits at the intersection of business operations and engineering: turning manual reporting and fragmented processes into scalable, auditable systems. From raw files and APIs to automated pipelines, a governed warehouse, and decision-ready reporting delivered to inboxes, Power BI, Excel and PDF.

The throughline is impact, not artifacts — roughly 100 data sources and 500 pipeline runs a day automated, about 60 hours a week of manual data entry removed for one trade team, and reporting that leaders actually act on.
